Faculty Executive Committee
This committee reports the faculty and carries out faculty business between meetings. It advises the faculty on academic matters.

Faculty Residency Executive Committee
This committee develops, discusses, implements and oversees the educational standards and policies for all residency training programs at UBC. It decides the day-to-day workings of the programs and finalizes the allocation of PGY-1 positions as put forward by the Residency Allocation Committee. It reports to the Faculty Residency Committee.

Faculty Residency Committee
This Committee is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of educational standards of postgraduate training programs at the University of British Columbia. The committee reports to the Faculty Executive.

Full Faculty of Medicine Committee

The Faculty of Medicine Meetings are normally held in May & November of each year. Based on the University Act, Faculty Meetings are held for the purpose of approving administrative structures, curricular and program changes and candidates for degrees. The approval of candidates for degrees and scholarship awards will be In Camera, excluding students. Quorum is 50. Only voting members can vote at the meetings.

Medical Alumni Association

The objectives of the Medical Alumni Association are:
·     To foster the relationship between the medical graduates of the Faculty of Medicine and the University of British Columbia and to foster their professional advancement.
·     To support the Faculty of Medicine and its programs directly and through advocacy with the public and government.
·     To ensure open communication among alumni and between the alumni and the Faculty of Medicine.
·     To encourage and support medical students and residents and their activities.
·     To organize and foster academic and social activities for the alumni.
