Corrections for Block 1-3 now being accepted

Accepted until November 22

To assist with the adjustment to the new Call Stipend model, the Joint Implementation Committee has agreed to allow for a one time adjustment to previously submitted call schedules. This includes people who failed to submit or were late during the last 3 blocks. 
 

*Any dates from BLOCK 4 submitted will not be processed

For those making corrections (i.e. you realized you were eligible to convert calls, you had errors in the hours submitted, your form was incomplete)
On the correction form attach the corresponding schedules for that Block and list the dates you entered incorrectly. Due to the anticipated volume we are unable to provide copies of previously submitted documents. 

For those who didn't submit or submitted after the 30 day deadline
List the dates you have not been paid for in Blocks 1-3 and attach all schedules necessary.

Pay Date
If eligible pay will be in January depending on the number of corrections received, once a date has been determined we will share it with the membership.
