Campbell River

Campbell River is located on the Northeast coast of Vancouver Island hosts many provincial parks, two of which are recommended by residents for day trips and camping. Elk Falls Provincial Park and Strathcona Park.

Transit

Transit is provided by BC Transit.

When traveling via bus, there are several fare options.

• Cash Fares – $2.00 per ticket. Transfers are free, but you must notify the bus driver when you pay your fare.
• Sheet of 10 tickets – The fare for this is $18.00 for adults.
• DayPASS – The DayPASS can be used an unlimited number of times a day. It is valid region-wide and costs $4.50 for adults.
• Monthly Pass – The Monthly Pass can be used an unlimited number of times a month. It is valid region-wide and costs $52.00 for adults.
