What is CAIR?

The Canadian Association of Internes and Residents (CAIR) is the national representative body of over 8,000 Resident Physicians in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, the Maritime Provinces, and Newfoundland and Labrador. 

 

PAR-BC members are automatically members of CAIR, and your dues for this association are paid out of your PAR-BC dues. British Columbia has three representatives elected annually on the CAIR Board of Directors:

Dr. Arun Jagdeo (Current PAR-BC President)

Dr. Jason Wong

Dr. Chris Little

 

Additionally the 2013-2014 Past President is a BC Resident, Dr. Simon Moore
