This is the final opportunity to test the Call Stipend Form prior to its introduction for Block 1 of the new academic year (2013/2014). Significant changes have been made to the form based on suggestions on previous versions. Please complete the new test form with Block 12 data by June 30th, 2013. No changes will be made to the form after this point

• clean sheets & towels changed on a 24-hour basis
• a door which locks from the inside
• a bed
• a bedside lamp
• privacy
• a non-public shower (with hot & cold running water)
• a non-public sink
• a non-public toilet
• a suitable desk
• a chair
